We are a direct manufacturer - a source factory - and we also support OEM and ODM cooperation. Our range covers more than 10 product series and over 100 models, with platform lengths up to 11.5 m.

Yes. Every series is made to order and design work is free of charge - our in-house designers produce the layout drawing and 3D render as part of the quotation. We customise:
• Overall dimensions and footprint
• Exterior shape and styling; cladding colour with RAL matching available; window and door position and size
• Interior layout - studio, one bedroom with bathroom, two bedroom, or F&B / office fit-out
• Balcony, sealed balcony, terrace, external staircase, awning and roof-line options
• Wall, floor and ceiling finishes, including SPC (stone-plastic) flooring
• Fascia signage and logo for hotel or operator branding
• Electrical configuration: 110 V or 220 V, and the power rating matched to your climate
Process: you send a sketch, a floor plan, or a reference photo plus your plot size and intended use; we return a dimensioned drawing and a 3D render for approval, and production starts only after your written sign-off.

Standard delivery is a turnkey unit, factory-finished and pre-installed: structural frame; aluminium exterior shell; doors and windows; insulation; interior wall, floor and ceiling finishes; electrical wiring, lighting and distribution box; water supply and drainage interfaces; ventilation (the integrated bathroom heater also exhausts); exterior LED light strip (tested and commissioned before shipment); integrated aluminium bathroom ceiling; frosted laminated glass bathroom door; branded JOMOO shower and faucets; and the smart control system.
Optional items, quoted separately: washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen module, bar counter and high stools, wardrobe, sofa / small sofa, coffee table, bookshelf, bed, mattress and bedding set, hand shower, washbasin, bathtub, lounge chair, projector, smart door lock, wall-mounted air conditioning, underfloor heating, balcony table and chairs, exterior sunshade (fixing points reserved).
Two points to note when specifying:
• Smart curtains are supplied as either voice-controlled or remote-controlled - one of the two, not both.
• Air conditioning: a wall-mounted unit is standard. 110 V wall-mounted units are readily available; central air conditioning is difficult to source in that voltage. For hot regions above 40 °C ambient we recommend a 3 HP unit rather than 2 HP, and the AC bay should be designed in at order stage, because changing the model later can cause a space conflict.

• Frame: hot-dip galvanized square steel tube, 3 0× 30 . The cabin body uses a double-layer high-density frame structure, giving stability through repeated lifting and transport.
• Exterior and interior aluminium panels: 1-series aluminium, produced in-house from aerospace-grade raw material - interior panel 2.0 mm, exterior panel 2.5 mm. Aluminium is inherently rust- and corrosion-resistant; bending is used instead of welding on the shell, which removes the risk of weld-seam cracking.
• Surface finish: manual polishing, then a five-stage acid wash, then fully automated fluorocarbon baking at above 100 °C with a coating thickness of 30–50 µm. The result resists cracking, chalking and fading under long-term UV exposure - more durable than powder coating.
• Insulation: rubber-plastic insulation board. Thickness by model - K70: 120–150 mm; K50: 120 mm; K30: 80 mm. Polyurethane insulation carries a B1 fire rating.
• Glazing: Argon filling is not standard - it is used only where noted. Skylights use triple glazing: clear glass, or blue-coated glass typically in a 6+6+6 build-up.
• Flooring: laminate flooring (boat house models use SPC stone-plastic flooring).
• Kitchen countertop: artificial marble, 15 mm.
• Fasteners: stainless steel screws at the air-conditioning bay and on the balcony.
• Wiring: national-standard cable (1.5 / 2.5 / 4.0 / 10.0 mm²), with overload and overheat trip protection; waterproof cable is used where required.
Designed service life: the main frame and exterior aluminium panels carry a 30-year warranty against weathering and corrosion; laminate flooring is rated approximately 15–25 years and bamboo-fibre wall panels more than 15 years.

The shell is a monocoque-style aluminium body on a reinforced double-layer frame, and the roof uses a three-layer waterproof build-up: an aluminium drainage channel at the internal joints, a sloped roof, sealant, waterproof joint tape over the sealant, and clip-fixed aluminium panels. The design intent is that no single layer is the only barrier.
• Wind: the base is heavily reinforced and the structure is rated to withstand Level 9 winds (Beaufort scale).
• Snow: the roof carries a snow load in excess of 3 tonnes.
• Temperature range: −40 °C to +100 °C.
• Frost protection: water pipes are wrapped with heat-tracing cable, so the unit stays usable through winter.
• Coastal and humid sites: electrical components and wiring have been repeatedly tested and run inside protective conduits, so no moisture ingress occurs near the sea.
• Thermal performance: multi-layer composite insulation, developed with the Group's cold-chain engineering team, reduces overall energy consumption by about 30 % compared with a conventional building.
Two practical points. First, wind performance depends as much on the anchoring to the foundation as on the structure itself, so a site-specific anchoring plan is supplied with every order. Second, condensation on the aluminium inner surface is normal when the temperature differential is large - aluminium does not absorb moisture - and running the air conditioning or underfloor heating resolves it; SPC flooring can be specified to reduce the effect.

LUBAN CABIN is a National High-Tech Enterprise and one of the first prefabricated building enterprises in China to pass authoritative government quality testing certification. Documents we can supply for tender submission:
• CE - fire protection certification, steel structure certification and electrical system certification
• EN 1090, ISO 9001, and the corresponding quality and environmental management system certificates
• SGS welder certification and welding non-destructive testing (NDT) certification - these cover the key manufacturing stages and evidence weld quality
• Factory audit reports - passed SGS and BSCI audits
• UL and ETL product testing
• Product test reports - flooring test report, polyurethane fire rating B1, fire-retardant testing of the internal and external finishes
• Compliance with the production and safety standards of Australia, New Zealand, Japan and other markets
• Export documentation - business licence, product test reports, fire safety certificates, CE dossier, commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading
Please tell us at enquiry stage which standard your tender requires (CE / EN / ASTM / AS / your local code) and whether any document must be an original or a notarised copy, so that we can confirm feasibility in writing before the quotation is issued.

Yes. Basic foundation and utility drawings are issued by the factory so that your site contractor can pre-embed the water and electricity supply before the unit arrives. On order confirmation we issue:
• Foundation and anchoring plan
• Assembly / erection drawings
• Electrical single-line diagram and layout
• Plumbing and drainage drawings
• Site-connection guide - cable colour code is red = live, blue = neutral, yellow = earth; inlet water and sewage connection points are marked on the drawing. Multilingual identification labels are supplied for the smart-system components.
For the final permit stamp we recommend engaging a locally licensed engineer - that is standard practice in most markets. We will provide all the input data they need and answer their technical queries directly.

• Foundation: minimal. In most cases a levelled, compacted gravel pad or a small number of concrete piers is sufficient; a poured slab is not required. Water and electricity are pre-embedded on site in advance, following the basic drawings supplied by the factory.
• Lifting and access: four lifting rings are built into the roof, compatible with a tower crane. Unloading and positioning require a mobile crane of at least 25 tonnes - actual tonnage depends on the working radius at the installation point. Knocked-down components such as external stairs can be shipped inside a 20 ft container and assembled on site with crane assistance.
• Power supply:Actual consumption: 70-series - full load 10 kW, typically 6–7 kW in winter and about 5 kW in normal use; 50- and 30-series - about 3 kW, rising to roughly 5 kW when the air conditioner, water heater and bathroom heater run at the same time. The distribution box is mounted in the bathroom block, away from occupied space; normal transformer working temperature is 40–50 °C.
• Drainage: bottom drainage is used. A sewer pipe is reserved in the unit; where no municipal sewer exists, a septic tank can be dug and shared between several units, normally pumped out about once every three months depending on occupancy. On upgraded balcony versions, vent holes are drilled in the aluminium panel before shipment.
• Slope and uneven terrain: Not restricted by terrain

No drawings are needed to start - our designers will produce them for you free of charge. Please send:
1. Site location and country, plus local climate conditions (minimum temperature, wind, snow, and whether ambient temperature exceeds 40 °C)
2. Intended use - hotel room, campsite cabin, office, staff accommodation, and so on
3. Quantity for the first batch, and the planned total programme
4. Required floor area or platform length, or the number of beds / rooms
5. Preferred layout and facilities list (bathroom, kitchen, air conditioning, underfloor heating, projector …)
6. Destination port, and your preferred Incoterm
7. A reference photo or two if you already have a style in mind
With those, we quote the closest standard model and attach a layout sketch for your review.

Minimum order quantity: 1 unit. Different models can be mixed in one container, and we provide a professional loading plan to maximise space utilisation.
Production lead time: he overall production cycle is approximately 45 working days.Our normal practice is to schedule production against your required completion date. Weekly production updates are provided once the order is running; if you have a fixed hand-over date, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm in writing whether the slot can be met.

Accepted payment methods:
• T/T (telegraphic transfer) - our preferred method for bulk orders
• Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (L/C at sight)
• D/P at sight
• Western Union and PayPal for small orders and samples
Standard term: 50 % deposit before production and 50 % balance before shipment. The production slot is reserved only once the deposit is received, so the earlier the deposit is paid, the earlier production starts. For long-term partners and repeat orders we can discuss more flexible arrangements.
We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) for international orders. Invoices are issued at the actual transaction value - we cannot under-declare for customs purposes.

You are very welcome to visit. Our factory is at No. 107 Lingong Road, Yihe New District, Linyi City, Shandong Province, China - a 200,000 m² facility with four workshops (materials and cutting, shaping, coating, assembly) and a flow-line production process. We will arrange a dedicated host for your visit.
If travelling is not practical, we arrange a live video walkthrough of the production line and of finished units over WhatsApp / WeChat / Zoom at a time that suits you - just ask for a video meeting when you enquire.
We exhibit every year at the Canton Fair, where we show whole cabin units rather than scale models, and at international shows including Meridian Expo (Yerevan), Brisbane Home Shows, Sydney Home Shows and Poland Home Shows (Wrocław). Tell us your location and we will let you know if we are exhibiting near you.
Sample unit: the minimum order quantity is 1 unit, so a single-unit order effectively serves as a sample. For large prefabricated units the sample fee is not refundable because of the size and manufacturing cost involved - but if you subsequently place a large-scale order we will adjust the design and specifications to your requirements free of charge and apply our maximum volume discount.

Container loading depends on the model:
• 40'HQ standard container - D50, E50, E30, E70
• 40' flat rack - K30, K50, K70, T50, X50, X70, C30, M50, M30, N50, Z30, Y70, Y50
Different models can be mixed in one container as long as the combined dimensions and weight fit; we supply a professional loading plan to maximise space utilisation. Knocked-down components such as external stairs can travel in a 20 ft container.
Loading method: a forklift moves the unit level with the container, the unit is transferred onto the lifting points, and a crane completes the handling.
Packing: stretch film plus insulation-board protection on two layers. This adds approximately RMB 2,000–3,000 per unit and should be agreed at order stage. Incoterms offered: EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP door-to-door (including customs clearance, import duties and delivery to your nominated address). Most international customers choose FOB or EXW. Customs declaration cannot be avoided - it is a legal requirement - but we supply all the documents required for smooth clearance.
We mainly ship by sea freight, which is the most cost-effective option for cargo of this size; for urgent orders we can quote faster sea routes and compare them for you.
Loading port: qingdao
Before departure we send loading photos, a packing list and the container number.

The unit arrives factory-finished and pre-wired, so on-site work is limited to positioning the unit, connecting water, power and drainage, and commissioning. The shell is a monocoque aluminium body designed to stay stable through repeated lifting.
• Local workers can complete it. We supply installation guidance by video and by drawing, and we can also provide a written installation guide and multilingual identification labels for the smart-system components.
• A mobile crane of at least 25 tonnes is required for positioning; four lifting rings are built into the roof.
• On-site duration:4 people for 2 days
• Our engineers: an optional installation team can be dispatched to site (chargeable).

The floating range covers models FH30, FH60 and FH90, all in the Stargalaby series.
• Frame: the floating house uses a dedicated all-aluminium frame - aluminium square tube 100 × 100 mm with 4–5 mm wall thickness. No other frame material can be substituted on this model.
• Pontoons: aluminium pontoon floats, which the client sources locally rather than shipping from China - this keeps freight cost down and allows the pontoon configuration to be matched to the water body. We provide the specification and layout the pontoon supplier must meet.
• Fixing points: four fixing points on the hull.
• Flooring: SPC stone-plastic flooring is used, which suits the damp over-water environment.
Because buoyancy and mooring must be engineered to the specific water body, please send us the site conditions and we will have our engineering team confirm the specification before quotation.

Warranty (export terms): 30 years on the main structural frame and the exterior aluminium alloy panels against weathering and corrosion; 1 year on interior fittings, smart home appliances and accessories, extendable to 2 years on request at order stage; lifetime technical support.
How the 1-year electrical warranty works in practice: we fit domestically sourced appliances (Haier, Gree and similar), which carry a 1-year warranty. For overseas projects, appliances certified to local standards must be purchased at additional cost. Within 1 year we replace faulty items free of charge; beyond that period the client covers the cost.
Testing before shipment - every unit completes, with video evidence:
• Water-flow test, pressure test and spray test, recorded on video as proof
• 360° high-pressure rain testing for waterproofing
• Structural pressure and impact testing for transit durability
• Full functional diagnostic of all interior appliances and the smart system before packing
After-sales support:
• Remote diagnosis first - guidance by video, drawing and messaging
• If remote guidance does not resolve the issue, we dispatch an engineer
• Replacement parts are individually replaceable: lights, LED strip, switches, glass, shower water heater, toilet, curtains, projector, sink, makeup mirror and most other components. We provide video guidance for replacement.

Relocation: yes. Four lifting rings are built into the roof, and the double-layer high-density frame is designed to stay stable through repeated lifting and transport, so the unit can be lifted by crane or tower crane and re-set on a prepared foundation at a new site. The anchoring points must be re-done to the same standard at the new location.
Routine maintenance:
• Septic tank - pumped out about once every 3 months, depending on occupancy
• Water pipes - heat-tracing cable is fitted for frost protection; check before each winter
• Exterior LED light strip - waterproof and rated for immersion; the usual failure is a cold solder joint or transport-related contact damage, and the strip can be replaced externally by the client. Insist on a waterproof test video and certificate with the light strip supply.
• Smart lock - internal battery lasts about 1 year
• Smart system - control is by mobile app (requires internet; overseas clients configure their local network settings themselves) plus voice control. Voice recognition can interfere between units placed too close together, so avoid short corridors and mount devices on walls or in isolated cabinets; multi-task command execution is not currently supported, so commands are issued one step at a time.
• Condensation - normal when the temperature differential is large; run the air conditioning or underfloor heating.
